Thank you so much for your support of the Herring Pond Wampanoag Tribe. The Herring Pond Wampanoag Tribe is a non-profit charity organization registered in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts whose source of income is derived from grants, solicitations, gifts and donations.
With the generous support of people like you that care so deeply about the work we do, our organization can continue to pursue our mission to strengthen the awareness and study of the history, language and pride of the Wampanoag Nation and to preserve, promote, and protect the common welfare, cultural, spiritual, and economic well-being of our tribal members, particularly our elders and youth. With your generosity, we will be able to help our Tribal community work toward a brighter future in the areas of educational programming, economic development, health and wellness, employment and training, protection of civil and spiritual (religious) rights, protection of Native American graves and burial sites under the federal Native American Graves’ Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA). We wouldn’t be able to do any of this without your help!
We look forward to staying in touch—be sure to connect with us on social media and subscribe to our newsletter on our website for updates on our work.
